  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • A few strands of saffron (optional)

For the sugar syrup:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • A few drops of rose water (optional)
  • A pinch of cardamom powder

For frying:

  • Ghee or oil, as needed

Step 1: Prepare the dough

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, ghee, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix the ingredients well until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
