To make a paneer wrap, cubes of paneer are marinated in a mixture of yogurt, spices like cumin, coriander, and turmeric, and sometimes garlic and ginger. The marinated paneer is then cooked until golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside. Alongside the paneer, a variety of vegetables such as onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes are sautéed until they are tender yet still have a bit of crunch.

Once the paneer and vegetables are ready, a tortilla or flatbread is lightly heated, and the paneer and vegetable mixture is spread evenly on it. To add more flavor, toppings like fresh cilantro, mint chutney, or tangy tamarind chutney can be added. The wrap is then rolled tightly, securing all the delicious fillings inside.

Paneer wraps offer a delightful combination of textures and flavors. The creamy and slightly tangy paneer complements the vibrant and aromatic spices, while the vegetables provide a refreshing crunch. The soft tortilla or flatbread acts as a perfect vehicle to hold all the ingredients together.

  6. Spread the filling evenly, leaving some space at the edges.
  7. Place a few slices of thinly sliced capsicum on top of the filling.
  8. Carefully fold the sides of the chapati towards the center to form a wrap.
